Teacher Bio

Tina Knight (Glendora): Teaches cello and beginning piano lessons on Mondays from 1:30pm-3:00pm, Tuesdays from 3:00pm-5:30pm, Wednesdays from 1:30pm-5:00pm, Thursdays from 2:00pm-5:30pm, Fridays from 3:00pm-5:00pm, and Saturdays from 2:00pm-3:30pm. She has been teaching at Gard’s Music since 2012! Tina has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a music concentration from Azusa Pacific University. She has played cello since the age of 9, performed in the APU Symphony Orchestra, Colorado College Chamber Orchestra, and Young Concert Artists Orchestra of Colorado Springs. Tina’s teaching philosophy is that learning music will be challenging at times, but it should always be thought of as a fun challenge!
